1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zz222 website accessible at https://zz222.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held across those accounts (including pending withdrawals) will be forfeited. 2.4 KYC Verification

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.4 Account Ownership

Your zz222 account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds therein.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zz222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. zz222 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals processed via an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via all accepted payment methods.

4.5 Failed or Delayed Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

These specific terms include, but are not limited to, the wagering requirement multiplier, the minimum qualifying deposit amount, the validity period within which wagering must be completed, and the list of eligible games. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

11 Amendments and Termination

11.1 Amendments

zz222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zz222 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

11.2 Account Termination by zz222

zz222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; zz222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; continued operation of the account would expose zz222 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or where closure is required to comply with applicable law. On termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method.

11.3 Account Closure by Player

Players may request closure of their zz222 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment account, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
